Phil who is the owner, so friendly and easy to talk too. I’m so happy he was able to fix my MacBook. Seen by several people and given extortionate prices, he fixed it for me so cheaply in comparison. The turn around was literally 2 days, I couldn’t believe it even when things had to be ordered in. 1000% will recommend his services and I’ll definitely be going back there if anything of my electronics breaks again. Go to the best- have dealt with Phil for over 12 years and I'll go nowhere else. I upgrade frequently and lost count of the number of excellent computers I've purchased with no pressure to buy and all worked straight away. Windows can and does give software issues which Phil sorts so quickly and with full understandable explanations. Nowadays I live over an hours drive away- but I will still go nowhere else for computers or software problems. Phil is so knowledgeable and competent I know any problem is within his scope. Well worth the lengthy drive with full confidence. Peripherals- if not in stock they are next day. I actively recommend Phil to anyone close and I continue to do so.

Friendly fast service replacing damaged screen surround and lid hinges. Always a concern choosing a laptop repairer in a new area but the reviews I read of Microbitz have led me to a good place. Will use again if need to.

I needed an SSD (solid state drive) for my customers PC as Currys PC World let me down last minute. Phil was closing up when I rang but still agreed to sell me an SSD. As I was almost 15mins away he left it with the salon 2 doors down and really saved my day.Top bloke with reasonable prices. Although essentially a competitor, I highly recommend Microbitz.

Excellent fast repair. Phil fitted a new 1TB SSD hard drive and upgraded the RAM to 8GB. Turned an ultra slow laptop to a fast usable one. Highly recommended.
