Kelly has looked after our rabbits when we are away since 2021. She provides an excellent service, very professional, caring & knowledgeable. We would highly recommend her service.

Can't reccomend Kelly enough!Kelly is so knowledgable and caring it really put me at ease - and I normally worry a lot about leaving them when we go away! There was attention to detail, reasonable rates, updates in pictures and messages and so much care and little details! Also, Kelly made sure we showed proof of vaccination first which is great. I particularly liked that beforehand Kelly asked lots about my buns likes and dislikes, meal times, fav snacks so it really shows all the care and consideration!Thank you Kelly, Luddy and Loopy will be back ☺️

Kelly has looked after our Guinea pigs for the past number of years, several times a year. Without a doubt Kelly is one of the most caring individuals we have encountered. She has years of experience in animal boarding and her care and compassion is faultless. Kelly has on two occasions helped us massively when we’ve had to call on her last minute because of family bereavements, even at her busiest time she was able to make room for our Guinea pig, we are forever grateful for that. We could not recommend Bunny Burrows highly enough.

Kelly has been looking after my bunnies for almost 3 years. She is absolutely amazing, caring for the animals, always takes time to give you the best advice, to make sure your bunnies are happy. i couldn't recommend her enough, you can leave your animals in her care and have zero worries. She deals with a lot and is a very hard worker. She absolutely loves and care for animals, she is a wonderful person with a big heart. I would not hesitate to contact her. Thank you Kelly for being my life saver.

I'll try to fair but I feel one should be warned before getting involved with Kelly. The communication is very poor. She does not answer the phone when called at all and days will pass before responding to e-mails. This was my first mistake and I should have taken it as a warning. My second mistake is I still went ahead and paid a 25% discount which she full explains at the top of the contract is non-refundable. What she didn't explain however is that we would not be able to see where the guinea pigs were being housed. We were informed we could not walk through the house due to her father's cancer treatment. Fair enough. I asked for photos of the set-up since the photos on the website and on socials aren't the greatest. No response. Again my fault, probably shouldn't have paid before getting pictures. I have decided to go elsewhere rather than risk it. I don't get a good feeling and don't want to make a third mistake...

Kelly is a very experienced rabbit expert who cares passionately about the species, which you can see in all her communications. She will prioritise their care above all else (including her own rest and replying to emails) but isn’t that exactly who you want caring for your pets. She also been incredibly understanding when I’ve been juggling a small baby/ toddler and my pets as the logistics aren’t the easiest!Would recommend as a safe pair of hands for your furry friends

Kelly has looked after both of my buns, Peanut and Cookie, on multiple occasions and I couldn't recommend her enough.They are well looked after, they come home just as happy as they left and while I'm away Kelly keeps me informed with pictures on how they are doing. Kelly is passionate and so knowledgeable about rabbits and it shows when she looks after them.

Kelly looked after our 2 guinea pigs, Buzz and Woody, last week. She was extremely caring and clearly very experienced. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely be bringing them back in the future!

Kelly is the only boarding service I will ever use for my rabbits.She provides a safe environment for all the animals in her care, requiring proof of vaccinations, and spent significant time chatting with me to understand my rabbits, their habits, diet and lifestyle.Travelling and boarding can be a very stressful experience for such small animals, but my rabbits come back happy and healthy from Kelly, and I come away more knowledgable in how to provide the best life for them.I would highly recommend, worth every penny.

I’ve used Kelly’s boarding services multiple times over the last couple of years. Kelly is the most caring and wonderful rabbit boarder. My bunnies absolutely adore her and always come home happy and relaxed. Would recommend to everyone!
