Poor, or rather totally nonexistent customer service. Not an expensive purchase of an incorrect charger cable. Despite several emails and requests via my online account I’ve had no responses at all.******Buyers Beware- I would have no confidence in AlphaSmartphones honouring their own returns policy******

I received my refurbished phone 6 very promptly. This was followed up by a call from customer relations. I was a bit concerned while placing order for a refurbished phone but Its now about six weeks since I received the phone, and as Ive absolutely no problems to report I have no hesitation in giving it five stars. Buying a refurb phone is much cheaper than a new phone while a refurbished mobile phone also looks just as new. Beside Alphasmartphones gave me 12 months warranty so I have no reason not to trust their product.

If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. I ordered 2x USB-C to Lighting Cables for iphone fast charging, both of which stopped working in a month. When I tried contacting customer care (through email and web chat), I didn't receive any response even after several attempts. Fun fact - the customer care agent that I got connected to every time was called James Smith" (the name can't be more generic than that!) - of course

SCAMMERS…DO NOT USE…Bought Apple EarPods broke within 2 days, if I was a sceptic I would have said they were fake…was told to return the item, now denying that it ever happened.Don’t answer the phone options unless it is option 1 sales..option 2,3,4…NOTHING…guys name is John Williams..sounds more like the guy from phonejacker…bank account and details please, sir…I’m swear they are operating from one of the many famous African fraud schools…you couldn’t make this up…use at your own peril..can’t believe these clowns have PayPal merchant services…YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS…BE WARNED…any good reviews must be fake….

Do not touch - fraudulent company ripping people off, absolute chancers!Similar to other reviews on here, I sent in my iPhone in mint condition, only to be informed (after a month delay) that they wouldn't be able to honour the price originally quoted due to pixel degeneration.Asked them to provide proof of issue and none was offered, so asked them to send handset back. I then took it to Apple for inspection and guess what, no damage of any sort or pixel degeneration detected.The new iPhone was released since I sent the handset in so the value of the handset has dropped - I'm now out of pocket by at least £75.Avoid avoid avoid!

Bought 2 phones in November for Christmas presents, delivery was fast so was pleased UNTIL one of the phones broke. iPhone 7 lost all service and wouldn't connect to network. Emailed company followed all their advice and instructions. Reset to factory settings and then phone was useless as would not activate. Sent back and they said it was caused through damage from dropping or pressure and apple had agreed with their technicians (no damage to phone whatsoever, not even a scratch on it!). Complained as totally disagreed with this, asked for phone back with a full tech report so could go to apple myself. Emailed stated the issue was getting escalated and would get a response. 2 weeks later the iPhone was returned without case and no report just a letter stating it was not a manufacturing issue and they only give a 3 month warranty on refurbished iPhones. Funny how their website clearly states 1 year warranty. Took the phone to apple whi advised this is a common issue with iPhone 7, it is a manufacturing issue as it's to do with one of the components inside the phone and not caused by dropping or pressure at all. Further more the iPhone I had been sold was purchased in Japan!! Emailed company and still awaiting a reply. Luckily apple have changed the iPhone for me due to the fact it is a manufacturing issue! Can not trust the info with regard to warranty on website and obviously can not trust their expert" technicians either. Beware any of these phones could have been purchased anywhere in the world. Apple ordered a like for like phone from Japan under their quality programme. Could not fault apple

Got an online quote for selling my iPhone 7. Received an email a few days later to say that they had received my phone, however upon inspection the quote they gave wouldn't be honoured and a lower price was offered as my screen had a scratch.Even though my phone was two years old it was in immaculate condition. There was no scratch when I posted the item and the phone was well packaged by myself. Therefore ask for the phone to be returned to me.Received a further email saying they would give me the full amount they originally quoted.Really despise dishonest companies trying to pull a fast one on innocent customers.Won't use again or recommend to anyone. Don't let this happen to you!

Bough s22 super fast charger as it described genuine. When came it was not genuine as my s22 didn't detect as super fast charger with using genuine cable which came with phone. Send it back and they keep saying not received eventually pit dispute with bank for refund. Dont recommend to use this website.

I bought earphones from them that was replaced twice because it was defective. Both replacements were defective and did not work properly. In the end I was so exhausted to keep asking for a replacement that I left the idea and threw it away.

Thought I was purchasing some genuine iPhone lightening headset online as advertised. When the products arrived they were counterfiet. When I tried to complain I was ignored. Not happy at all would not recommend.
