What a fantastic experience they went above and beyond to collect my donation, I am disabled with walking difficulties I rang the number on the collection bag that I received through my letter box to ask if someone could come to collect the 4 big bags I had as I could not lift them to leave outside . I spoke to a gentleman called Mark he was so kind and informed me he would get someone to come . A nice lady collected them and Mark called me today to asked if they had been collected, I will be making more donations soon as it's for cancer research and that is close to my heart as I lost my brother last year disease.Thank you for your kindness

I used recycle proline today LTD today, so easy! The lady was really busy with other customers drop off so I left my bags, gave my her my mobile and went on with my day. She text me about 1/1 and a half hours later saying my money was ready to collect. Great customer service!

I called Recycle Proline Ltd, their telephone number is on the donation bag, to arrange a collection of clothing. I was very impressed with the service.My call was handled very politely and very professionally. The lady I spoke to was able to give correct information on providing a collection. I was very impressed at how quick your driver picked up and took the bag. It was only outside 10 mins max.

This is a great initiative carried out to collect your used, unwanted stuff from your doorstep at absolutely no cost. I had called up just before the end of collection time requesting a pick up as it was raining and not possible to leave the bag outside. The customer support executive answered my call and updated me of the ETA of the collection agent. In no time, he was at my door and cheerfully collected the bag. Great stuff!Thank you. I rang the company as we had lots of bags of clothes after my fathers passing. They assured me they would ring the driver in our area so he could make sure there was room in the van. It was collected on the day stated and I got a follow up phonecall the next day to make sure it had all been collected. Very polite staff. I'm glad someone will get use of some quality clothes and the money will go to a cancer charity. Well done!
