Have to agree with the previous reviewer. Although my install was around a year and a half back, we never got the system we wanted, the sign-off’s we needed (and were legally obliged to receive!) or anything like training or a user manual. Jamie was at best slow to respond leaving us cold and with a dysfunctional heating system for months (only being half-fixed when we essentially threatened to go down MCS complaint). The RHI paperwork wouldn’t get handed over until we paid. Basically it was a stitch up. I’ve found a much better heat pump company now and the difference in service is night and day. Please take my advice and avoid.

5* service from start to finish. Friendly knowledgeable team who were happy to meet and explain all our requirements. Would 100% recommend.

Jamie is 'Very Difficult' to deal with, never respond to emails, got paperwork back late so missed the government deadline and cost £5,000 more because of inefficiency. Didn't seem to understand their own tech to connect the system to the web. Their fitting teams are nice lads though and did a clean job so just a management issue IMO.

We had an awkward problem with our solar panels fitted several years ago by a firm long since out of business. The team at LPS went above and beyond to diagnose then solve the problem. Other companies told us to replace the panels, these guys got us up and running without the need to replace. We were so impressed we asked them to replace our boiler. Again a great job. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they will do it.

Jamie and his amazing team at Gecko stepped in when we'd been let down (see scammed) by someone else. Wish we'd gone to Gecko in the first place to be honest. Not only were they fast and efficient at getting to grips with what we needed (and how quickly we needed it) but also really empathetic and understanding of the position we had found ourselves in. The work was incredible, the team worked like troopers and put up with a lot from a now paranoid me. Jamie put things together brilliantly and couldn't be happier with the result. Honestly, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
