LUX Beauty Bar

I turned up for an appointment here to get an eyebrow wax and tint. I was actually disgusted by the lack of hygiene, no PPE and no social distancing. Not a single member of staff was wearing a mask/gloves and honestly all looked so grumpy to be there without even a vague hello.I didn't see anyone wash their hands despite going between touching customers/taking drinks/touching their own face. I waited for a friend and while sat I noticed equipment dropped on the dirty floor just picked up and set on a table. There was literal rubbish on the floor by the door, the eyebrow beautician picked a wipe out of the bin to continue using it! There was not a single drop of sanitizer was to be seen. Whole place will probably be closed down soon with a covid outbreak, go at your own risk !!A member of staff asked a colleague about masks while I was sat, yet didnt wash her hands before or after putting it on and proceeded to fiddle with it after. I seen the state of the place and would feel terrified to actually get treatment.
