IMO Car Wash

Nearside wheel brush roller has not been working for months & the chamois tails at the end has been removed.Wheels are still dirty, but they charge the full price.

The low cost clean is good value for money. Have used twice in one week.2 stars missing as IMO system has no way of washing the wheels correctly.Secondly, on both visits the staff were pretty grumpy which is not helping their brand.Would use again for speed and price.

Turned up at 5:30 today (Saturday 25th November) and was greeted to a maintenance sign! We waited there for 5 minutes watching a gentleman washing down the entrance bay… after this time of waiting he then decided to walk half way over to where we were waiting and made a gesture waving his arms and shouted “WERE CLOSED” we tried to explain that we saw it was open until 6:30 on the website and he flat out ignored us! This was absolutely ignorant Ive used these a few times now but after this i wont be returning! If the closing time is 5:30 update your website!! Awful customer service from the young man!

Unfortunately the hosepipe ban meant I needed to use a 'proper' car wash for the first time in years.£12 charged for a car that came out the other side half clean.To top it off, the track is obviously misaligned. I watched the car in front of me bounce and crunch through the final drying stage and wondered what the hell they were doing. When it my came to my turn I experienced the same - resulting in a huge dent to my previously pristine alloy wheel.Will never use this car wash ever again. Avoid at all costs, unless you want a hefty repair bill to your vehicle.

Bought wash and wax. £10A little disappointed as wheel rims were not very clean also windscreen under wipers was still dirty.

Always a fantastic service and staff when I can’t be bothered to wash my own car or we have a hosepipe ban. I always go ultra HD and always pleased with the results

Abysmal. Their £9 Gloss Wax service left my car covered in streaks and water spots, and a sticky film which quickly attracted a layer of dirt. Ended up looking worse than it started.

Great car wash....fella who runs it is very friendly...place is excellent value.
