Horrible experience!!!!!! First time I have used them and the last time for sure. When I called to book Damp and timber specialist survey as required from the lender. I was told level 3 should include this. On the survey report it clearly says require damp and timer specialist. £600 went to drain. Called customer care spoke with “Harry” after explaining him. He said he will call me back and he never called back.

Couldn’t praise this company enough, very professional in their mannerism and effective with their service. Especially a young man I believe was called harry. He took me through the process with immense detail and guidance. Can’t recommend enough!

Very efficient service - surveyor was booked within the week and report received 2 days later. Very comprehensive Level 2 report with valuation and photos. The friendly surveyor was available for a telephone chat to clear up some queries. Very good value and would definitely use again

The platform books you a surveyor who you would never normally do business with. It's not an experience I would recommend. Do your research and go with someone with good reviews. Not this platform, which basically fills the job with a terrible surveyor who won't give you any real information about the property you are purchasing.

Did use them 16 months ago which was a 50/50 experience but after reading the more recent reviews wont be using them.

Avoid! They initially lure you with competitive quote and short lead time. Once you commit to purchase the nothing goes according to the plan. The surveyor didn't show up on at the property at the agreed date, and yet, no one thought of informing us that the survey has been rescheduled by another 2 weeks. we have found out from the estate agent. When you call Harry picks up a phone, but.. hey ho, there are two Harry's!! and whenever you call each one says you have spoken to the other one, the you speak to the other one and he says you spoken to the other Harry! Ridiculous. No question can be ever answered, all you hear you will get a call back, yet no call back ever. Poor service and no discount offered. Save yourself stress and delay in the process, not worth it.

Surveyor phoned prior to doing the survey asking if we wish for him to check any areas of concern and was very helpful. On the day of the survey he phoned me late afternoon to go through what hr found and explained in detail what he found and what the remedies were. The report came 3 days later with more details. I'm extremely happy with the service and results and we can proceed with the purchase with a clear understanding of what lies ahead. Would certainly recommend anyone to have one of these surveys prior to purchasing any property.

I was very pleased with iMyHome. After pricing local surveyors to write a home buyers report I was dismayed by the prices they were quoting. IMyHome came in at half the price for a fairly detailed report that outlined a number of issues. Very satisfied with the service.

Level of service was excellent very professional from the first time i had spoken to Harry. Rashid was very efficient and called me the same day he was booked that late evening, he then went out the weekend to do the home report which the time frame was brilliant and the report was very detailed. I would deffinitely use this company again!

They promised estimates of repair costs in the fee quoted, but these were explicitly omitted from the actual contract. When I questioned that, they said they couldn't do it and of course by then we were committed and on a tight timeframe so we went ahead. They promised a courtesy call from the surveyor on the day of the survey because the report would take ten business days. I chased that call for a week, again losing precious time (we were first time buyers and our landlord was pushing for a move-out date). I have no complaints with the survey, and in fact it was delivered in 7 business days, but that was conducted by a separate company - Gibsons Surveyors. iMyHome were terrible and dismissive in everything they actually did themselves, with the number I was given often entirely unavailable and the portal" on their website is a joke."
