Maciej has been my dentist for some years. 5 stars for this kind gentle considerate dentist. Got to be the best in the bay. Lovely nurses and the best reception team.

Terrible service and bedside manner. I made a complaint and gave feedback about the hygienist Laura Bryson, and her assistant Sarah and their poor attitude.I was then told by the Practice Manager that they were just doing their job. So I was disappointed, and then left wanting because my complaint wasn’t taken seriously.It’s nothing personal but I’m doing this in the hope of getting better customer care.

Recently had some composite bonding with Monika Kubiak, so pleased wish I had done it sooner, highly recommend. Very clean practice and all the staff are fantastic.

Always great treatment but 1st in telephone queue and still waiting for 10 minutes before hanging up. What’s going on?

Attended a hygiene appointment with Rose at the Practice today, she could not have been more helpful, efficient and friendly - a real pleasure and I will happy and confident to book again!

I have just had an emergency dental appointment at this surgery, and I cannot praise the staff enough. Fantastic service by everyone I encountered. Would highly recommend. They were brilliant

Please do not use this dentist. Apart from being massively over priced I called the practice this morning only to be met with the receptionist David being rude to me. Telling me that I had missed an appointment. They cancelled on me the first time round then they rebooked me with someone else. I went to that appointment but after some confusion it was agreed they would contact me with another appointment. For this I paid approx £50. Now I am told I missed the appointment so I have lost said £50. I had no knowledge of this appointment. No texts which I usually get or any contact at all. I think David caught the frustration in my voice so then he turns it up a notch and argues with me when I am trying to explain I had no knowledge. If I were you I’d go somewhere else. Very rude. In anticipation of MyDentist responding to this, I kept my calm, I tried to talk but I was met with a bitter man who thinks he can speak to people how he wants. You just took my money and I have no come back whatsoever. Next time you steal from someone wear a balaclava

Wonderfully friendly staff on reception, my husband and grown up son also come here, we’re all NHS patients and we each have a different dentist, all three of them are really lovely and put you at ease, explaining everything they’re doing. As with all dental practices it can be difficult to get an immediate appointment but they always do their utmost to squeeze you in and get you seen as soon as possible. Highly recommended

My children and I have been going here for a long time. In the last few years, I have been very disappointed.During Covid I had to pay a £10 surcharge for each of my children (so £20) to cover the cost of additional PPE whilst they were both seen in less than 5 mins and the only extra PPE I noted was an additional plastic apron (the dentist wears a mask and gloves anyway?). Seems like a bit of a money maker?The time after that, I turned up with my children for their appointment to be told that our appointments were cancelled and they had let me know, only somehow I didn't know anything about?Recently, my friend told me that her children were taken on as NHS patients (despite not being on the waiting list and her being a private patient herself) and did not have to pay for their check ups.I questioned this today when turning up to my childrens appointments with a receptionist called Anita who got her knickers in a right twist. (I was only enquiring?)She told me that they are only taken on patients who have been on the waiting list since 2017 to which I informed her that my friends' child wasn't even born yet?She got her knickers even further in a twist, but I proceeded to the dentist and paid £50 on our exit 5 minutes later.I was going to book an appointment on my way out, but seeing as we are not NHS patients and have to pay anyway, I may take my business elsewhere and avoid Anita the receptionist who may in need of some new knickers after today.
