Wow! What a fantastic shop. Just picked up a great new harness for our puppy along with some tasty chews. We also got some great advice on nutrition, flea and worming, and all sorts of other dog related topics. We will certainly be back soon. Thanks very much to the team. If you want a disgusting smelly treat for your dog, then Grovely are the place for you.Grovely Pets are absolutely wonderful. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re supporting of local businesses, down to earth and just fabulous.I’ve always been aware of the shop but didn’t start using it until I got my dog, Indie. And let’s be fair, I’ve never looked back. My dog is reactive and I was advised by her behaviourist that she needed a certain diet. I went into Grovely and relayed what I’d been told and Abi advised accordingly, without clarifying with any other member of staff or even checking online. As some do. I was really impressed with her fountain of knowledge and from there on in, I knew they were more than your average pet shop.Over time, I’m now very much a regular. Abi and Harry are such an asset to Grovely. Winchester. And quite possibly the entire world. They’re friendly, helpful and always incredibly welcoming. I take Indie in as much as I can, because she likes to channel her inner Aladdin and steal items like the street rat that she is.I genuinely wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. ⭐️

Just wanted to give a special shoutout to the girl helping me find the right food for my dog today. She even offered to bring the shopping to my car. Friendly and helpful customer service is rare these days so I was very pleasantly surprised. We have been customers at Grovely Pets for a while now and the service is always exceptional. I first visited Grovely Pets (Oliver’s Battery/Winchester) about 2 months ago after adding a beagle to our family and hearing recommendations from a TON of Chandlers Ford dog owners about raw food and Grovely Pets in particular for obtaining it.They have been so kind and helpful from the moment I stepped into the store. From spending a hour talking me through harnesses and leads, to the recommendation of Naked Dog/Pup food which has transformed everything about our Beagle! I ‘might’ have drawn the conclusion on my own in the long run, but their expert guidance, attention to detail and patience with a new dog owner helped me get the immediate results I needed.I head up there, every Saturday to top up on sticks now. Never a Saturday has passed where they haven’t asked me how Bandit (my dog) is, about my wife and family. It’s so important to me to be a part of a community and Grovely make you feel supported and very much a part of one.

I first discovered Grovely the week before I picked up my new puppy, Edie. I was keen to seek nutritional advice regarding raw feeding and I received that and so much more! The knowledge and expertise of all the staff was exceptional and they answered all of the questions I had. They’ve been a massive part of our raw feeding journey and have always been there for any support I’ve needed. As a professional dog walker and raw food advocate, I am always recommending Grovely to people for this kind of advice.Over time, Grovely have become such a key part of Edie’s life, Abi and Harry are the highlight of Edie’s week when she gets to pop in store for her “sweeties” and receives all the love and attention from her favourite people! The customer service, excellent range of products and lovely atmosphere you get from Grovely gives you every reason to support this wonderful, small, local business over generic pet shops. They are absolutely wonderful and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for Edie’s needs!

I first discovered Grovely Pets when my puppy's food was making him feel unwell and was advised he most likely had a grain allergy. They suggested a different food for him and it worked pretty much immediately! Have continued going ever since and every single time I've been met with such friendless and a wealth of knowledge - I would highly recommend! Their prices are very reasonable and its clear that everything is high quality, its nice knowing my pup is being fed the best. Thank you so much :)

Sometimes you find a gem, and Grovely Pets is just that. Abi, Harry and all the team are just brilliant. They know all there is to know about pet nutrition, have helped us immeasurably along the way with Cosmo’s sensitive tum, and sell wonderful dog beds, toys, training treats etc. Cosmo wants me to add that he absolutely loves his new George Barclay dog bed (and was delighted to be able to try out different sizes and styles to get one he really liked!). This is my favourite pet store. They are friendly and always make a fuss of our dog Nico. The choice of foods and accessories for both Cats and Dogs are great. I would highly recommend.
