Nice motor homes and caravans, the premises were spotlessly clean and well maintained sales people extremely polite and not pushy. Would highly recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing caravans and motor homes. Very reasonably priced aswel.

The guy who runs this is the most helpful caravan salesman I've ever come across.Nothing too much trouble & he really tried to help & find a suitable caravan for me.Unfortunately, he couldn't locate what I wanted.If you want excellent personal service it's t-e place to go

Bought our caravan from here a few years ago and was very happy with it. We set off on our holiday this morning and had a problem with the van. We stopped at Stuart longton Standish for advice . It turned out to be an easy fix and they sorted it out free of charge, meaning we could carry on with our holiday. Would recommend this dealer highly.

Excellent well present caravan sales. Sales team helpful not pushed. We picked 3 vans to view all opened up ready and allowed to look around at our leisure.

Buyers Beware. PDI and service paperwork still outstanding nearly a year later after purchase. Found some issues which suggest our van was not serviced before collection, now resulting in a damaged axle and interior. Hope and pray you never need to use the so called 12 month warranty as all they will do is fob you off and blame you for the deficiencies of the product they sold you. They say due to over loading (never), hitting a pothole (never) or incorrect loading (never). The engineers even measured the nose weight of my van to tell me it was wrong, without taking into account I moved everything to the rear end for them to inspect the kitchen. This should tell you everything you need to know about the skill level you will be dealing with here. I wouldn't let them near our caravan now and will use someone with a modicum of common sense! Standard of cleanliness also leave alot to be desired.

Staff at Standish branch need to come out of the office once in a while and see if any customers need help.Site says accessory shop no shop.Don't waste your time.Thank you for your response.If the sales rep had his seat facing the window instead of his back towards the window.Your website doesn't tell you have to order of your website to get the items delivered to your Standish branch.If I had known this I would not have wasted my time.

Lovely vans at fair prices. Helpful staff that are not pushy. We will be back in a few days to get the van we've fallen for.

Bought a new Swift Sprite Alpine 4 from the Standish branch.As first time caravanners we have nothing but praise for Graham and the team at the Standish branch. From advice we received choosing a van throughout the whole sale process was excellent.Stuart did a great job advising us on a couple of extras and fitting an additional socket for us and gave some really useful hints on awnings etc.Billie and Annette did an excellent job prepping the van for handover and the actual handover from Graham was really thorough and extremely helpful.Overall, a very professional and faultless level of customer service.
