they work looking after my grandmother, all the employees do is sit-in my nans bedroomthey are supposed to be helping her at Albany court but my sick(cancer stricken) mother who has mobility issues has to pick up the slack for the job they are supposed to be doingwhen we complain they give us attitude and become passive aggressive, punishing a sick elderly frail women for things she is unaware of as she has a mental illness and is almost 80I know somewhere there is a human rights violation or somethingyour employees behaviour is disgustingwhen I was a support worker dealing with spectrum adultscleaning the bed, making food, cleaning a toilet and washing cloths was part of the jobemptying a bin or two and throwing away bad foodhow is that too much to ask?disgusting behaviouri'm actually worried about leaving this review because my mum has informed me that your employees are not above harming their patientsridiculous behaviour

I agree with you Mr right, it is a pointless outfit.. I had to apologise for being severely disabled, some of the staff (on the phone).. Do have an attitude problem.

Attended MHFA training here. Clean, tidy and welcoming office environment and excellent training provision.

Very nice site. But set on a very steep hill to get to Loch

Have training here, staff always welcoming and friendly with tea and coffee supplied

Worst place in town i wouldn't recommend it to anyone it isn't worth giving up your day for it it's pointless!

Attended for training and it was ok apart from the noise
