Attended this store for the first time today.... what can I say?The staff were fantastic, very attentive to customers, and very helpful with assisting myself. Staff were not pushy and very helpful in answering questions and advising me around products.Will come back again!

By far the best customer service I have ever had, the staff here are amazing and clearly enthusiastic to the hobby. Just want to thank Stephen and Dave (sorry if I've missed anyone out) for their part in getting me into the hobby in which I am fully enjoying. They've been very useful may that be explaining how to play, techniques for painting, what model does what or advising what I could buy to further my experience. I've visited multiple times and will definitely visit again multiple times.

Just started our Warhammer 40k journey with our very 1st battle session with Stephen.A lot of Information to take in but Stephen was very informative and engaging and made the experience all the more enjoyable. Very relaxed atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Walking down Saddlergate my 7yr old daughter loved the castle / fort on display.She asked to go in. The staff were welcoming, enthusiastic and couldn't do enough to encourage my daughter.I have no experience with Warhammer, but was really impressed. My daughter was gifted an introductory plastic model and she loves it.Thank you

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff member who was so nasty to my 8 year old son he made him cry all because he dared to ask to swap a figure. Disgusting and absolutely nothing back from the head office when we complained. Avoid if you have children or want to be talked to like a human being.

My son spent an engaging half hour learning to play Age of Sigmar today with Mike. Mike engaged his imagination magnificently and my son has been buzzing ever since. Massive smiles all afternoon and a huge thank you to Mike.

The staff here are very friendly and are welcoming to those new to the hobby. If they are any indication of how the rest of the community/hobby is then I can't wait to get more involved.
