Went in to look at a couple of rolex watches and was astonished to hear one of the owners (not the older one) using foul language talking to his Colleague. He was really wound up that day and asked me to leave when I asked his Colleague to show me a watch, saying he was too busy and I could not afford to buy the watch!!I think the management at Royal Exchange need to look into this.Please note, there is another owner, an older guy who is very nice, so speak to him.Won't be going back.

Took my Omega in as I was passing for battery and check up. The team there done an excellent job and at a very reasonable cost. All the staff are very personable, down to earth and knowledgeable. When I am next seeking to buy a quality brand of watch. Swiss Watch Shop at the Royal Exchange will be my first port of call. Thanks again for your help in sorting my watch as it also had sentimental value.

Went into the store, which was itself immaculate and very professional, whereupon I was greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff member James who was exceptionally polite.I wanted to get an antique fob attached to my pocket watch which in this day and age is a somewhat unusual request however James ensured that my request was met and far exceeded. My fob was fitted within minutes and looked exceptional. Would very highly recommend this store for anything watch related as they are fast, professional and charge very fair prices.Thank you very much James.

I have bought several watches from these guys, very knowledgeable and easy to have dialogue with. I have read some comments which I am quite surprised at. Some people have unrealistic ideas about the value of their assets. In my experience the chaps here give a fair price and a good service. I have just purchased another quite rare Omega and I am very happy with the chaps that you deal with (Kevin and Peter) and the product. I would recommend.

Bought a watch. Drove all the way from Birmingham because they have such a good selection of Rolex’s. Very happy with the watch and service I received. Both Peter and Jack were very friendly and welcoming.Needed a little help with something the following day and Jack definitely went above and beyond with his response.
