The owner of Your Glaze U.K. is a fraudster. Signed my contract and paid a deposit for some doors but Ali ignored all my calls after taking my money he also forged my signature on a contract. Please do not use this company by any means.

Never heard of this company before in my entire life but they've decided to cold call me today to try and sell me some windows and doors. Spoke to a manager who then decided to get into an argument with me telling me all I had to do was say 'stop calling me'. Absolutely ridiculous. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Never heard of this company before and the customer service is not the best. Too pushy and expect you to take their word on how good they are without an actual quote detailing the specifications and when you ask for a written quote you are told that a contract needs signing then you will get the written quote!! and not to forget cold calling. Was a mistake approaching this company. If you want continuous private calls then contact them otherwise definitely a no no!!Answer to you reply: I called for a quote the sales man that came was very pushy expected us to say yes without discussing. And no I did not tell you to call me constantly. The company is very unprofessional and pushy and repeatedly calling on private!!!! And reading some of the other reviews I can see I am not the only one that has experienced such unprofessionalism.

Shocking company. Paid a deposit but then after seeing poor reviews, I decided to cancel. Promised a refund a week ago and still chasing for it now. Ali keeps saying he will sort it but still not done. I requested the refund on January 5th and was told a week and a half (which in itself is ridiculous for a bank transfer) but still have no money.Full of lies and false promises and looks like I'm going to be fighting to get my money back for a while longer.Steer clear of this company
