Pilates with Jenny is friendly, fun and non-competitive. Jenny is welcoming, provides knowledgeable guidance and is keen to ensure we listen to our bodies to work within a range of movements to improve posture, tone, breathing and strength.

I heard about Jenny via a trusted source as I was keen to try the Franklin Method. Jenny did not disappoint. Her depth of anatomy and physiology knowledge combined with her calm and kind manner made an hour long session with her feel like 10 minutes. My shoulders feel so much better since our sessions. I would recommend her 100%

I had an amazing day at the retreat put on by Jenny. We started with a get together over coffee followed by a very relaxing Pilates session, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Lunch was absolutely delicious and as it was a nice day we sat outside . In the afternoon there was a sound bath that was amazing. I would highly recommend this.
