I have just returned from a great family holiday planned by Lisa Davies at Oxton Travel. The accommodation supplier initially let us down with the original property that was booked. Lisa's network of suppliers managed to find us an alternative property that was of at least of an equal but was probably better quality at no extra cost in our chosen location with all the facilities we expected. Lisa demonstrated true professionalism in resolving this issue so I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Lisa & Oxton Travel again.

Absolutely brilliant personal service from Oxton Travel whilst booking our silver wedding trip. The 5* hotel and destination were prefect. Lisa is so helpful and knowledgeable and did everything for us. All we had to do was turn up for the flight.Lisa also helped in organising a trip on the Royal Belmont train for my parents. Again she tailored the holiday completely to their needs. Highly recommend and will be definitely using them again.

Excellent personal service once again by Lisa who recently organised our honeymoon trip to Rome. Nothing was too much trouble for her and everything that we wanted was arranged for us to perfection without all the stress. Amazing service and very competitive prices. This is the first time we have used Oxton Travel and the service we received was excellent. We wanted something special to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary and Lisa provided such a professional and efficient service. We wanted to travel to Paris and we told Lisa what type of break we would like. Lisa organised everything to perfection and we had the most wonderful break away. Excellent personal service from Lisa organising another Swiss holiday for us. Flights, trains and hotels at four different destinations over 10 days. I recently went on holiday to Thailand which was all booked through Oxton Travel. Lisa's service was second to none. We simply asked her to create a holiday around a particular activity that we wanted to do. She arranged five flights, numerous transfers, and accommodation. She also contacted the hotels to say we were celebrating an anniversary, which they all noted and made us feel special. Lisa really got to the heart of what we wanted out of our holiday and spent time to find the perfect hotels and destinations to suit our budget and expectations. I usually sort all of my holidays myself but I always have doubt that I have thought of everything but Lisa took all the worry away.
