They are being let down by lack of spares which, I believe, is under head office control... However, friendly, competent staff remain. (They arranged to get n equivalent spare part after we were let down by head office.) Comfortable waiting room with a good coffee machine and reasonable options for courtesy car/stay and wait and lift from and to.
