EXTREMELY RUDE UNHELPFUL.My botfriend and I telephoned on the mornng of 10th July to make an enquiry about a couple of items. before we could even finsh the sentence the woman on the phone ''I am sorry i am serving i dont have time to go looking through records , you are gonna have to ...blah blah blah''WOW!!!! so my BF explained they were at the front but what an attitude,,,,why not just ask to call back etc'' So the woman ''I am sorry'' ''goodbye'' and put the phone down .NOT GREAT FOR BUSINESS. ALSO , ADDINNG THE WORD 'SIR' AT THE END OF YOUR SENTENCES DOES NOT CANCEL OUT YOUR TERRIBLE, UUNHELPFUL DISPOSITION.
