Didn’t deliver and can’t get anyone on the phone to get any answers

They did not try to deliver a second time as written on their delivery slip. We waited in all day.....no one came and no one picked up the phone. We went to fetch the important parcel ourselves, nect day only one staff on duty,said he couldn't help. Tried to ring on Monday 20 plus times, straight to engaged then off.Went to collect myself, asked if I had booked.I said no one answerd your phone told they were too busy. She went out but couldn't find it,said someone would look later. I expressed how important these exam papers were. Returned home. Called later to say they had found it. Back another 13 miles.Poor service Do not use.

A joke factory with no punchline...

What a shamblesIf I could put no stars I would.Tracked order these people have tried to deliver on three consecutive days to three separate addresses.On the 4th day the delivery driver never came to the door I saw him reversing down the street I had to run after him down the road.Pathetic....

Awful service and even worse communication. First day they never left the envelope as no one was in, i get that. I rang and arranged for them to redeliver and told them that someone would have a day off and stop in all day to accept the delivery of the envelope (yes an envelope with a washer in it, but we needed urgently for a customer) They told me they would rediver, so all kind of Ok. However, no one arrived by 4pm so called them to be told it wasn't on the van for today and would probably be the next day! Do not rely on APC/GS Couriers of Lincoln if you need something important as chances are it won't arrive and they couldn't care less either way! Shocking!!

Shocking missed my parcel even though I was in they didnt even knock on my door just left a card on my lawn didnt even post the sorry we missed card and it was blank with no reference number so couldn't rebook delivery slot angry is an understatement shocking service and can't even get through to customer services to try and sort it out !!

Been using apc for years always friendly and good service.
