I booked in for a Free Bike Health Check and Ross did a fantastic job. Really good customer service and will for sure come back for a new bike here once my old bike has had its time. Thumbs up!

Just popped in with my Quella bike whereby my brake cable had snapped from the lever. Ade and Ross were busy working away on bikes however Ade down tooled to give my bike a once over then literally began work to fix it. Couldn’t believe it - he’d not only fixed it within minutes he also gave me pointers of what could do with attention for if I were to book it in for a service. Both guys were super friendly despite being really busy. Ade is a credit to Halfords - I will be booking it in for a service and will recommend this branch to others. Thanks again!

All the staff are really friendly and competent.Jon,who performed the checks on my MX5 was super friendly and very professional.He is especially knowledgeable on all things audio.A 5* experience,will definitely be going back.

Great service, I went in after another shop made a bit of a mess of my wheel repair but Adrian who works at bournemouth was able to fix it and took time out of his extremely busy day to get me up and running again! Great service and I know where to go from now on..

Great service from the mechanical staff here. Bought headlamp bulb to try and replace blown one, which proved problematic due to limited space in engine bay. Instead returned and booked a fitting service. Mechanic also had problems, but after removing headlamp was eventually able to fit new bulb. Much cheaper than having to go to a main dealer!

Visited today to purchase a child’s bike- Ade and all the team were really helpful. We were disappointed to see that the bike was being advertised as 100£ but was actually 140£ however Ade was very helpful and rectified this for us. HeKnew what he was doing and he was very informative.The bike was already assembled and ready to go- Ade applied the stabilisers affectively for us.We are going to have a very happy 6 year old Christmas day. Very pleased with this particular Halfords’ i visited today

She was really friendly and very apologetic for any inconvenience it had caused me. She made what could have been an annoying experience into a pleasant one so thanks Elizabeth :)

Original appointment cancelled without any notification or apologyInformed wear & tear on bike chain so had to pay for replacement on bike that is two months old & used daily to take me the round trip of 6 miles to & from work!Also that the gears are starting to wear!Very disappointing & not the level of respect & decency usually provided by Halfords

I went in to have two dipped beam headlamp bulbs replaced. The technician worked really hard at it, despite it being a far more difficult job than it should have been due to very poor design of my car, and maintained his sense of humour throughout. Not only that, but he identified a cheaper alternative for the bulbs and arranged a refund of the difference. Highly recommended.

I visited this Halfords store yesterday to get replacement bulbs for my car. I was served by a really helpful man called Des. He found me a great deal as I required x2 bulbs replacing. I bought a bulb pack which also contained bulbs for other car requirements. I felt he went over and above all as he told me about the deal. His customer care and service was really good. A credit to Halfords I'd say. Thanks Des, I completed my home journey safely last night
