Worst shopping experience NEVER EVER, I bought the shoes from their website at the beginning of October and received nothing. I kept emailing them and contacting, and until now almost 2 months pass soon. No any updates and only meaningless apologies

Bought a brand spankin new pair of Guidi PL1s to celebrate my new career in medicine. They shipped pretty much immediately, and the boots are magnificent! Very glad to have bought these from this store!

Great Store! The service is unparalleled and the collection of Avant garde attire for both men & women is always carefully picked by the buyers. Harrison in particular will always do what he can to assist and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the brands and certain pieces.

The store is beautiful with pretty well curated stock but the vibe there kills any joy you may experience from the clothes. It didn’t seem like the management had much interest in the Belgian and Japanese brands they sell, just peddling luxury goods to people that think Antwerp Six is a ring road.

I deeply regret shopping with Hervia and will never shop with them again. I recently ordered a Jil Sander knitwear through their website and received a damaged item with makeup stains and some yellow oil stains.The issue was the condition of the item was not checked by them before it was shipped(or they knew the item was damaged but they shipped it out regardless) considering the current situation in relation to COVID-19, I wish they resell any returned products once it’s been cleaned. I have asked them to refund the money I had to spend for F dry cleaning but they ignored my email.They may be a good enough boutique to shop at but as an online retailer unfortunately they are not trustworthy. Also they don’t offer you a free return so if you have received a faulty item, it’s you who have to pay for the postage to return it. If you want to take a chance, Hervia is for you.

I bought an item at Hervia through Farfetch that did not suit me. I returned the item following all the instructions to have Hervia refusing to accept the return as it had a make-up" stain (they claim) - as far as I am aware this could have happened in their hands as I don't wear make-up.In years and year of online shopping I have never experience an online shopping experience like this. Paid for express . Package arrived short of a week later . One item missing and the wrong pair of shoes . Not only it was the wrong pair of shoes but their was only one shoe. I’m still waiting for the refunds they say it’s been refunded however still nothing. Won’t buy from them again. Still waiting for a reply from customer service it’s been a week

Bought shoes from them online. Took over 2 weeks to get them and when they arrived I wanted to send them beck because of the size. Here is the tricky part they don’t send return label and you as a customer need to pay the shipment and hope the items arrives and that you get your money back. Heard a lot of people who hasn’t been refunded. Don’t buy anything online from them because if it doesn’t fit you are screwed. Reached out to the customer support but the answers you get it would be better not to have a customer support. Recommend them to close sales online because it’s the worst shopping experience ever!
