Staff very helpful, great clothes. I was looking for a dress for Christmas party. I ended up trying on about 7 dresses and they nearly all looked great on. Finally got down to 2 favourites and just couldn't decide so bought both. Prices are reasonable and sale prices are great, I basically got 2 dresses for the price of 1 I saw elsewhere so I am very happy .

Very bad experience. My mom she came from Ukraine and did shopping in this shop today, sales assistant started shouting to her because she came 10 minutes before closing. Management should training staff because this is not firs time. One year ago the same person was shouting on me and my friend because we touching close by hands… and after we just stoped going there.

Nice clothing but the ladies in there follow you round like your going to put something I your pocket very off putting so just walk out and spe d my money elsewhere

Very disappointed with the selection of clothes compared to the shops in Stourbridge and Merry Hill shopping centre that I would normally visit before COVID.. sizes were not available on most of the stock. I wonder if it is an end of line store.

Great clothes shop with fab selection and everything is available from size 8 to 20, having shopped around for some post lockdown size clothes this was the only shop that I found catered for all shapes and sizes, great quality and excellent value too

Good range of Christmassy clothes and dresses in most sizes. Helpful staff, 3 changing rooms. No cash refunds but vouchers or exchanges.

Beware when sending an item back for a refund. I've waited over 4 weeks so far ! They do not even reply to the 'contact us' and their phone line is constantly 'down'. Not happy !!

Some nice items, mostly for the more mature lady, but not all. I've had a couple of items that didn't wear well at all, like the velvet pattern trousers I bought on which the velvet pattern rubbed off the first time I wore them. I was sat at a friend's house drinking tea, so hardly heavy use. I decided then to stop buying from Roman. Also the items in their sale have been brought out every season for years now, but are still the same price. Customer service in this particular store is also a bit poor, some seem to look down on anyone less than 75 and others just leave the store unattended while they're in the stockroom or wherever.
