A ranged my wife's funeral in what can only be described as very difficult times I found them to be very kind and understanding and very professional and would recommend them to anyone trying to organise a loved ones funeral in these uncertain times I can't thank them enough

We have now used Aston Walker for both our Mums funeral in 2016, and now our Dad's on 7th 2019 and on both occasions Neil and Paula have been absolutely outstanding. They know how to support you when you are at your most sad shocked and anxious. They made everything to seamless and dignified for Mum and Dad and that made us less stressed and upset. Paula also did the most incredible job on working with me o turn what we wanted for Dad's Order of Service actually into reality and nothing was too much trouble when I need to make last minute changes plus she then turned them into wonderful booklets for us and friends and family loved them as did we thanks for your care and attention Paula.They sorted out all of our music for us and checked it would play properly. With Dad's funeral we had a Celebrant called Kate again recommended by them and she was fantastic.On the day Neil and his team were compassionate and they timed and lead everything in a stressfree and dignified way and drove our requested routes with us following. On both funerals Neil 'Walked Out' on their last journeys which is a very respectful moment.We cannot recommend Astom Walker enough as they offer a personal friendly calm reassuring dignified approach and that's what you need when you sadly have to plan the best funeral you can for any loved on.My Dad had used their prepay option which really helped take the worry out of paying for their funerals so if this is an option its really good.If not they have lots of options for you.With Mum they suggested instead of friends flowers having donations for a bench that we now have for Mum and Dad overlooking the sea and is a place to go to remember themThank you for everything Neil Paula and the rest of the team you really helped us cope with two of the hardest things we have had to do in our lives and we can't say a big enough thank you for everything you did for usKaren Kim Tracie and Lisa xxxx
