Mark is a rare breed.Initial contact with him was responsive, pleasant and reassuring around possible fixes to my washing machine.He arranged to come 2 days later and did what he said he would do; texted the night before with a 2hr slot and then again when on his way, arriving absolutely on time and equipped for the task.For me, it was exceptional service, and made the experience stress free.He fixed the problem, washing out on the line by lunchtime and another small issue with my cooker.Mark respects his customers, has pride in his business and in doing a great job.I thank and recommend him.

I have a range oven and had an issue with my thermostat and a few other problems. I messaged Mark, who was so helpful.I explained the issues, and Mark replied within minutes.He was so flexible in coming around to fix the problem. He also provided a guarentee and texted me more details on other issues, which was so helpful.Deserves 6 stars for his service, friendliness, and being very professional. Highly recommend to anyone.
