Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered on Uber and they send wrong items and don’t take accountability for it then put phone down on you when you call to complain. This has happened so many time from this store. The whole team needs retraining in customer service skills

Nice, tidy, well-ventilated and laid out local co-op. Helpful staff who don't seem overworked but do keep shelves stocked. Above average supermarket range with good membership discount scheme. Bags available. Disabled access present though narrow shelf corridors might prove tricky to maneuver. Good vegan and vegetarian and 'free-from' range.

Very rude staff ,ignorant ,discriminating, they have no manners, never around , The short bald guy is completely an unprofessional with big gob ,so the others, probably the store manager is the same knobhead . I will rather spend my money in Tesco in the future than in this place , I hope they will be closing down soon forever , and some decent compony will operate it with nice staff who respect the customers .

Leaving this review as part of constructive feedback.Went to pick up a parcel that DPD had let me know was at the store. Upon scanning the code, the gent let me know that they did not have the parcel.Ok cool. Can you advise on what I should do?“No idea mate”.He didn’t look in the back of the shop, nor apologised.It’s not the answer or behaviour you hope for after travelling some distance to get to the store.Obviously, I’ll call DPD and find out what’s happening.But for good customer service, provide a solution for your customers rather than giving no help at all. It’s critical, even if you can’t do much about it in store.

The shopping experience here is very terrible. I have been discriminated against and stigmatized, and I have not received an apology so far.On the evening of October 28th, I came to the store to buy groceries. I paid my stuff and stood next to my friend waiting. A shop assistant rushed over and insisted that I had not made the payment.I explained that I had not printed my receipt and wanted to show him my Apple Pay record. The shop assistant was very discriminatory and aggressively said 'I'll show you', seems like he was very certain that I wanted to steal.After checking the self-service records, he saw my payment records and didn't even apologize, so he ended the conversation with a 'fine'.I was accused of theft and did not receive any apology, feeling very uncomfortable and even causing my anxiety disorder. I hope the store owner can provide me with a reasonable explanation and apology.

Very satisfied, +10 for the place, ambience, attendance; good range of fresh vegetables, items for general household use, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and chilled goods for sale; the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Shelian ☺️

A fairly new Co-op, but nothing out of the ordinary. Quite tightly packed inside, with a good number of card only self checkouts

Arrived 8 minutes before close (which I understand is annoying to staff) to which I was met by a member of staff barricading the door so I couldn’t enter, I stood confused as I only needed one item and would have been less than 30s in the shop. The staff shrugged their shoulders and pulled faces at me like it was ridiculous for me to enter the shop. Another customer left the shop so they had to open the door and I asked if I could pop in quickly to get one item and that I’d be less than a minute in the shop. They pulled faces at this request but did let me in, as I was shopping multiple members of staff followed me and proceeded to look at each, laugh, pull faces which left me feeling very anxious and targeted! I wish I hadn’t gone in, don’t turn up too close to close unless you want to be treated like this!

Really good range of products for a city centre store with a big offering of Free From/Vegan Health Foods and World Foods including an Oriental Range for the local students.
