Chel Pharmacy & Post Office

I've used this pharmacy for over 7 years and it's always a pleasure to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff whenever I pop in to collect medication or to use the post office which is so convenient. They go above and beyond for my clinic and patients, I'd be lost without them and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Ekta and Geeta, please don't ever leave!

What a wonderful service the staff give in this highly efficient and friendly pharmacy! Great for collecting Amazon parcels, and for picking up prescriptions from the doctor.The Post Office part of the business is also excellent. Even when there's a small queue, the Postmaster manages to deal with everyone swiftly - and with a smile.Long live Gujarat!

The postman was unavailable 1.5 hours after opening time. There was a big queue outside waiting for them. I could not drop off my parcel.Update after owner's response: yes, I was a little bit wrong - not 1.5 hours but half an hour after opening. I visited the Royal Mail West End Delivery Office before them which is open 8-10 am, and I thought Chel Pharmacy & Post Office is open the same time that's why I wrote 1.5 hours initially, my bad. I was at Chel Pharmacy at around 9:30, five people were queueing at the door, the door was closed, and no customers were inside, the pharmacy employee was already at her workplace as she briefly opened the door and advised she would let people waiting for pharmacy in soon, but the post office employee was not at their workplace. If the pharmacy worker and the post office worker are the same person, then still, at around 9:30 they were not serving customers. The premise that this is a more busy period of the year being the reason for the queue is wrong - you were not serving customers at this time, unfortunately. Had the place been full inside and people were queueing I would have no qualms, this would've been understandable. I talked with the lady at the top of the queue, and she explained to me they'd been waiting for some time.

Best Pharmacy in Central London! I can't believe the experience I had. The pharmacist was so kind and knowledgeable! She also went extra mile for me and ordered my item which came next day!
