Brogan Fuels

Tried calling the number on the website and in google. Got redirected to a national number and three options. Once through, on hold forever and gave up. Called once more and got the same 'on hold'status - so I just gave up. I used to just call my Aberdeen branch and order - simples! Now ordering from a different company (oilfast) who answer the phone!!

Multiple calls routed through national call centre to finally get help. Disappointing service after 13 years with Brogan. Certas call centre needs a re-think.
