Haven Perran Sands Holiday Park

Firstly, the customer service regarding the nookie was outstanding, nice and easy and very simple, I downloaded the app, again, easy to use and to navigate.Stayed in a saver caravan, snug is the word but no complaints! Nice and clean on arrival!The park itself is well maintained and clean and lots of activities during the day and evening. The location is good, newquay zoo, aquarium and additional sites all within easy driving distance,The only negatives I suppose would be the surf bar, greeted by a chap who didn't seem to care, he was miserable, it was myself, partner and daughter, despite needing a high chair put us on a table where no chair could go, when we asked if we could switch tables he was rude to my partner so politely said somethingNisa stop is on site, don't be alarmed the prices aren't they bad!Overall, loved the holiday! Everyone, except Mr Happy was excellent! Would recommend!

When we arrived, even the drive to the check in was exciting and beautiful!Every single member of staff was caring and friendly, making your visit feel even more special!The caravan was stunning, we had the sea view, and was able to walk straight to the BEAUTIFUL beach from it.The beach was just so beautiful with soft sand, clear ocean, caves and rock pools to explore and even surfing lessons if that’s your thing!The holiday site was easy to walk around and the live lounger had plenty of entertainment for all throughout the whole day till very late!There was so many activities you could book and so much to do if you wanted.I had the app on my phone making booking activities or tables super easy but their is also a little reception where you can book It all right next to the local shop which was huge and had everything you could possibly think of in it and I mean EVERYTHING!The food places their was also amazing, every single one was yummy and you could even have a delivery to the live lounge once you got your seat and wanted to eat their or even to your caravan if you did not want to eat out.The place was immaculate, we had a wonderful break and will certainly be going back to Perren sands without a doubt!I miss it already and want longer than 4 days next time!

Stayed in the touring park. Easy access to the dunes and plenty of walks for the dog. The on site facilities were clean and bright. Plenty to keeps kids occupied, lots of play areas and the beach was stunning.The only fault I could find was that the touring area could do with a little bit of updating.

It's OK. A big place and they handle it well, but needs an upgrade all round. Beach is accessible from the park, but facilities are far away, not ideal with young families.Caravan was decent enough, not overly cleaned upon arrival. We did mention it on the sign in survey, but nothing came of it.Good links to other sight seeing places though. Nothing against the venue, but I would wait until the A30 bypass works finish before we visit Cornwall again.

Arrival was well organised and quick. The caravan was clean and had plenty of room for the family with 3 bedrooms. The shower was great and the kitchen had everything you need.The facilities were brilliant and the entertainment team were fantastic.The only drawback was the access to the beach which was okay on the way down but was a killer on the way back up. If you have any mobility issues or breathing difficulties then I would avoid this. As a family we had a fabulous time and would stay here again.

Fantastic site, staff excellent all around, couldn't help you enough. coop shop on site really reasonably priced and well stocked, and location is amazing.Site supper dog friendly, we backed on to the most amazing dunes, walk hours with dogs, can go in restaurants and reception with dogs.Caravans well maintained and extremely well appointed, would highly recommend, dont hesitate, book today

We had a lush weekend stay here in a silver dog friendly caravan. Downloaded the app for updates etc, Friendly staff on arrival who gave clear instructions and were very welcoming!Nice clean park, didn’t go to any entertainment as we had a dog with us which was not allowed in the area. Would be nice if there was some sort of entertainment area for people with dogs..We bought our food from there shop which was reasonably priced! We also ate from cooks chip shop which was nice but with the cod there was not a lot of it.. Slim chickens was lovely couldn’t fault it! We were going to eat at the restaurant on site but after looking at the reviews we where put off so went off site for a roast dinner.The main reason we came here was for the beach which did not disappoint, VERY STEEP walk down which even we struggled coming back up! So did end up driving down the following day.We did have to ask for shower towels (was supposed to be provided) and baking trays but staff were willing to get them delivered no fuss. The beds need new mattresses, me and my boyfriend struggled to sleep on them and didn’t find them at all comfortable. Apart from that couldn’t fault the caravan. The site felt safe and secure.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom privately owned caravan , with wrap around decking with 2 English Bulldogs. The owner was very friendly , communication was excellent, accommodation was to a very high standard and was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. Because of the heat we did not venture too far with the dogs, but everyone on the Haven site was very friendly and we were made to feel most welcome.

Absolutely filthy travelled 4 1/2 hours to get their to walk into a disgusting ‘silver’ caravan complained at reception who didn’t really care also two ladies in front of us was disgusted with their accommodation I felt so sorry for them as we felt the same, all they could offer was to do a re clean, so we took our 2 dogs for a walk whilst they done a reclean we then got back to the caravan to see how we felt and it didn’t look no different there was an awful bio smell, rust all around the cooker, the toaster well I’ve never seen such a dirty rusty toaster like that before, dusty everywhere windows was filthy dirty the bedroom door was broken at the bottom, one of my dogs out of the two seemed so unsettled, he’s never been like that when we’ve been on holidays before he didn’t even want to sit on the sofa he smelt it and walked away he’s never done that before ever, so we went back to reception to ask for a full refund I pack all our stuff back in the van put the dogs in at 8:30 and travelled home got back at 12:30 midnight I was absolutely gutted, after loosing my dad 5 months ago all We needed was a little break away but now after using all my holiday at work for this holiday which was a waste I now have to wait till next year to have more holiday. We won’t be back which is a shame as the location is beautiful.

Had an amazing week, we went Last year, which we opted for the chalets, but this year, we had picked bronze 8 birth static! We were not disappointed. It was fully modern, extremely clean, and we couldn't have wished for more. Facilities were spotless, and the staff were excellent. Ranger Shack and the activity staff were more than accommodating to the kids spending extra time and effort to make sure their experiences were special. Would recommend it to anyone.
