Top experience! Had the dreaded SRS warning coming on that my safety restraint system was faulty. Took it over to Chas and within minutes advised the issue and fixed, back on the road in no time. Great service and straight to the point. Will use again and recommend to any Merc owner.

I cannot recommend Sutherland Mercedes enough. Having purchased a 2009 SL350 with some issues (being kind here) missed by the dealer I bought the car from Chas very kindly discussed these issues with the garage and what was required to fix them. I've now got the car back with a very reasonable bill. Thanks again Chas.

I cannot fault this company in anyway. Chas is a great guy, super skilled and honest. Times I brought my car in and he could have told me it needed big stuff done but not once did he do that. Im on my 4th Merc with Chas now and would not go to anyone else

I have had a problem with the clutch sensor in my A Class for a few months and had 3 different mechanics look at it. Unfortunately they were all unsure what the problem was or how to fix it and after finding Sutherland Mercedes Benz specialist online and seeing the 5 star reviews we contacted them. They got the replacment part straight away for me and fixed the car in no time. After months of the car being unreliable and not starting first time it is working good as new. Can't recommend Chas enough for his great knowledge and work.

Useless, overpriced.EDIT :. I was asked to explain. - I brought a CLK into him with a suspected seat problem, as a mercedes expert' he made it worse after I explained the issue. He could not repair it
