Dreadful website, You cannot work out shipping costs until you go to checkout. You cannot get through chat even as (said to be) one in the queue. You get an email saying it’s easy to work out shipping. I have already described the process. Giving them all the details in the chat, they merely direct you back to working it through yourself! The shipping for an £11 bag of grout is £13.20 to an easy to reach U.K. address Foreget it! What a waste of time!

Fantastic Customer Service & The Best Tiles and MaterialsI have used these guys for the last 13 years! They have fantastic customer service (Especially from Nigel) and a range of products, including Schlüter-Systems and ARDEX, which I like the most. Who makes money on a customer returning items!Quote we do not refund the carriage. Only the value of the goods."So every time someone returns goods they keep the money that customer paid for delivery and charge the next customer money to deliver the same items to them.A business that makes more money the more people return their items - great business model!"

We can not fault this company the tiles are beautiful we had a couple broke in transit but I rang and they were replace in a couple of days. Keep up the good work would definitely use this company again.

Absolutely appalling experience. Forced into paying £12 for next day delivery even though I only needed standard......that was on the 5th June.....they have refunded my delivery but I still haven't received my order.

Ordered some waterproofing and some other items. Process was smooth and delivery dobe by palletways who prior arrival send a text and notified about 2 hr window when they will arrive.
