WOW some one in b chippy is making best chips ever cant find out who it is they made them on 26th and 27th and 28th april 2019 best chips ever Tuesday 30th chips was no where as nice as the weekends chips what about nice pasties or different pies like mushroom or stake or or stake and kidney pies that be nice

Totally disappointed in a firm favourite. Ordered 2 bags of chips and chicken chicken tenders to feed the holiday hungry kids. Chips were paler than dead mens fingers and soggier than a wet dish cloth. Chicken tenders were floppier than 1973 flipflops and we now have a car full of hungry kids and out of pocket parents. Staff couldn't have been nicer and offered to replace the meal only we are too far away and food was binned. You can do better Brendan's step it up, crisp it up and save us parents.

Was hunting about on a sunday morning online looking for the hangover cure The fry.We came across this wee hidden gem on Spencer road. A cracking new business with a great menu to suit everyone and the place is spotless and staff are 1st class. I was really shocked at the amount of grease on the food, I've never seen anything like it before. It was like it had been dipped into cool oil and then served up. The layers of wrapping and the bottom of the outer bag were saturated when we got home. We ended up with very soggy, wet fish and chips that stuck to the paper. Once we dried everything off in kitchen roll and popped them in the air fryer for 5 mins the food tasted good. I had a chicken fillet burger that wasn't greasy at all, it was really lovely. I just got a new car a few weeks ago so thankfully I set the food on the floor or I would've been annoyed getting all that grease on the seat.The staff seem very nice and the place looks clean and tidy.I would eat here again because the positives outweigh the negatives.

Definitely one of the best in the business. Everything they do is to such a high standard! If you’re looking for the best fish and chips in the game, Brendan’s is where you need to go. They do good food and they do it well. The staff are always so friendly and polite as they manage both take away orders and a full queue of people waiting to place their orders. Their service is very efficient and the menu is huge, something for everyone. It’s a game changer! Making my way through the menu, one meal at a time! Can’t wait to try the next one!

Can I ask a question please?Why has my fish (part of a fish supper) got no flavor other than the cooking oil?The portion is good but there is no flavour.Driven 10 miles for a good fish supper .You can usually count on a decent fish supper but not today . What happened?Extremely disappointed.

This is one of the busiest in the waterside reason being the foods great.Can be a wee bit slow phone ahead save the wait fish and chips are as good as it gets.Also their chicken box some eating enjoy.
