Car Park Brighton Station | APCOA

I frequent the Brighton Station APCOA parking spot as I think it’s relatively cheap compared to city central. Once setup parking is super easy which support Apple/ Google Pay. The problem is setting it up in the first place otherwise I’d give it five stars. I can leave my car knowing it’s safely snug underneath the roof on ground level. If you’re visiting Brighton by car I recommend this spot assuming there’s nothing on Madeira Drive.

Arrived at 16:45 paid for 3 days only got 2 and a half days as the system starts a new day at 4:30 each morning.So had to pay extra for the time I needed to park.At no point in the payment process is this mentioned. Feel very cheated by this underhand tactic. If I pay for 72 hours it should be 72 hours from the time I pay.Be careful you don’t caught out by this.

Beware!Parking app that needs to be used can only be installed if you are a UK resident!So no parking for foreigners....

Good location and parking close to the city centre. Not that many options to park closer to town and this is a good option. Plenty of parking spaces available

Worst carpark I've ever experienced. There are signs saying that the way you pay has changed and please visit the payment machine.THERE ARE NO PAYMENT MACHINESThere is ONE sign with a QR code. It is hidden. This takes you to a god awful website where you have to try multiple times before you can finally have the honor of paying £14 for a days parking. Ridiculous.

APCOA V

It's a good and central car park, and relatively cheap for Brighton town. 6h are £8.90 and a full day is £16.70 so it's fine for a shorter stay. Just be prepared to pay online, via the app or apcoa website, as there are no ticket machines anymore. It's free for 20mins if you just need to pick up or drop off.

APCOA app is very annoying to use.

Thank God for pay later on the website for APCOA. Otherwise it takes forever to pay in the app.

I read the reviews for this car park before i went there and noticed people had complained about how difficult it was use as far as payment was concerned. I consequently uploaded my bank details to APCOA before i departed on my journey. When I arrived the pay by phone system did not work. I tried to up load the app in the car park and this didn't work either. I had to leave the car park and find some where else to park. Reading the other reviews I suspect i'll discover in a few days time this company has helped itself to money from my account.Unless you know someone who already knows exactly how the payment system works and will take the trouble to show you ON NO ACCOUNT USE THIS CAR PARK.
