KTM 890 adventure 2022 reg 360 miles on the bike.I recently gave blade Swindon 5 star's,but having the bike for 4 week's and only done 400 mile's on it,I now have a problem with the bike,got in contact with blade and have no help at all, customer service is shocking.they still haven't been in contact.

The service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced with any company I’ve ever dealt with. I had to get the AA to take my bike to Swindon because even though you advertise delivery and collection (it’s even on the bottom of your email) when I called the number on the card in my delivery and warranty pack I was told this is no longer a service you provide. I had to wait all day for the AA and lost a days pay from work.My bike was booked in at 8:30 in the morning on 11th July but wasn’t even started to be diagnosed until the following week.In total my bike was there for 18 days for what turned out to be a very simple fix. I had to get a bus to work while I was without my bike which was and hour and half each way instead of the usual 25 minute commute.Every single day I was emailing and ringing to try and get an update. The phone was either not answered at all or if it was answered I was transferred to the service department who also never answered and then I was told someone would call me back, not once was I called back.Emailing was the same everyday I was chasing and chasing any kind of update instead of someone contacting me. When I arrived to finally collect my bike there was nobody on reception and I had to flag somebody down who was walking past. I got my key and warranty pack back and there was no invoice or receipt to say what had been done to my bike. At this point I still didn’t know what was wrong with it!Nobody could tell me what had happened to my bike and what was repaired so somebody took my name and number and said they’d get back to me, they never did.I again had to email to ask for an invoice to see what had been done to my bike which turned out to be a very simple fix. I still don’t know why my bike was so far down the list to be repaired when I had an appointment booked for it. How could it be there for 3 weeks and not be fixed!?This whole experience has been stressful and completely horrible. I loved my bike when it was delivered it’s amazing, and buying the bike was such an easy and fun experience but it’s clear once you’ve got a customers money you don’t care, the aftercare is the worst I’ve ever had at any company. Just read the reviews on Google or Facebook or even Reddit and you’ll see I’m not alone in this opinion

Great service from start to finish. Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable and sorted absolutely everything. Even as an extra little surprise I got a card and flowers because it was my birthday when I collected it, which was such a lovely surprise and next level customer service. Thank you very much and I'm sure I'll see you again soon for another bike!

It's painful dealing with them, bought a brand-new bike and these are the problems (so far): 1) OEM tool kit missing; 2) parts missing from bike; 3) after sales doesn't respond; 4) failed to pay off old finance (major one that!); 5) forgot to reset service interval on bike at first service. Happy to update this if they actually address any of these issues!Update: still being ignored, issues not addressed despite assurances. Have now got to the point of threatening court action! Looking at the other recent reviews, it seems it's a common occurrence .

I made a second visit to Blade KTM yesterday. On my first visit, Colin talked me through the 790 & 890 options. On my second visit, I rode the contenders. At the end of the day and after a number of cups of tea, I placed an order with Sam for an 895 Adventure. They explained what they thought my best options might be and let me decide on the best fit for me. No pressure, thorough, and professional, exactly the experience you want when shopping. Good job guys.

Just purchased a KTM 890, with the assistance of Colin Stanton and Pete Saunders in sales. Both guys were helpful and willing to give me a bit of time. Love the bike wish I had enough cash for a few more.
