We developed a fault on our car just before needing it to drive to France. Ray made time to diagnose the problem, source the parts and fix it for us at short notice so we could still travel. He checked the rest of the car over to check everything else was sound aswell. He is knowledgeable and honest, and we won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I found Ray online through a review that said the person had found him while looking for a car for their young adult daughter, and they had been delighted with both the vehicle and the service Ray provided. This led me to pick up the phone to him, as we were in this very position. I am so glad I did! Ray did have a car that turned out to be perfect for my son. He was wonderful to deal with; transparent, reliable and warm. He made the whole process very pleasant and we are really pleased with the car. Thank you Ray!
