My experience was Very good, Chole on main reception made me feel at ease with my misbehaving car and the mechanics were professional and friendly. I was booked in for a Ford diagnostic, it was quick easy and the follow up call the next day with details and advice was perfect..I strongly recommend these guys and girls....

Cracking little garage, very helpful and understanding, prices are what you would expect and they are very honest with regards to parts and wait times, broke down on Friday, desperately need the car back and they can get it in for Tuesday, not bad for a last minute call late on a Friday evening! no complaints at all my end!

Chloe and Stacey were amazing, very friendly and I felt they went above and beyond. The car is a dream to drive :) thank you so much for the laughs throughout xxx

Brilliant garage. Car broke down and needed a new starter motor. Every garage I called were fully booked for weeks but Plymouth Trade Centre squeezed me in short notice and my car was ready the same day all for a really good price too. I highly recommend! I’ll definitely be coming here in the future.

I only have great things to say about these guys. I took my car in for it's MOT last Friday and it turned out to be a bit poorly. Lisa was great in getting my car in to be fixed and it retested and was extremely patient and thorough in explaining what needed done and the associated costs. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending and using these guys again. Great service and friendly staff all around!

I was on holiday in Morocco at the time my car broke down and was towed to PTC however, the staff were extremely helpful in keeping me up to date on the progress and situation. After calling over 30 car garages PTC were one of 2 that could get my car in. They had a WhatsApp business number which meant I could phone and message for updates without it costing me the earth. The staff offered to stay late/ come back in after closing on two occasions which my partner was extremely grateful for as it meant he could pick up the courtesy car in the evening without being late for work the next day. Also a bonus that they had a courtesy car on offer and allowed him to keep it for the duration. I was extremely stressed with being out the country and trying to sort my car out but the team were so helpful and understanding making it extremely easy and stress free for me. Can’t fault them. I thank you again for your help and for going above and beyond.

I would recommend this place to anyone! Stacey and the team went above and beyond to make sure my car (which had alot of major problems) was mot'd serviced and fixed in 3 days. Absolutely amazing service thankyou again

Wow… what can I say! The people at Plymouth trade centre are very rare to come across in this industry! Can not fault them one bit! They are all so friendly and did everything they could to help me get the car I wanted! Will definitely be going back for MOT, services and more cars in the future!
