VIP Nails and Spa

Vanessa is soooo nice and really took time to make sure my nails were perfect! Even lent me her umbrella when it was pouring outside after my appointment. Definitely will be coming here from now on to get my nails done ❤️❤️❤️

Not great. My appointment was for a gel manicure and regular varnish for pedicure. The young lady who did my nails didn't seem to have a clue. She Nicked my toe whilst removing the cuticle with some electronic device and made it bleed. When I pulled my foot away due to having my skin pulled off, she told me not to pull my foot away! I assume that it was the 'manager' who kept having to tell her what to do. When doing my gel manicure she applied the base coat instead of top the coat , although this was rectified under the instruction of the 'manager'. Payment was cash only or Bank transfer, which I thought was a little odd too. And all this for the sum of £45. Which was reduced by a small amount, which was enough to buy a pack of plasters!

VIP nails and spa is an absolute bliss. Having tried other nail spots in Northampton I can fully say that this place is the best. I have had my nails done here 3 times now and they have always lasted no less than 1 month without chipping, breaking or anything. This means my nails have had time to breath and grow. Unlike other nail salons, Vanessa is always ready to work with any designs I come with or just stumble off the internet or so. She is patient, listens and pays so much attention to detail. The treatment I get here everytime is a VIP experience. I highly recommend this nail salon. Thanks Vanessa.

I was looking for a new salon after my old one closed. I'd booked somewhere to have my nails done for a special occasion and that salon cancelled two days before. I contacted Vanessa without much hope that she could fit me in on short notice, but she did! I love my mani and pedi and will be a regular client now.

I have been going to VIP nails for about 3 years now and always have an exceptional experience!I have previously had terrible experiences at nail salons with cutting my cuticles and generally being rough and painful. Vanessa is so careful and attentive and really takes pride in making sure her clients are satisfied and enjoy the experience. She is lovely to sit with and always remembers the smallest details about you, really making you feel like a VIP! I won’t go anywhere else and even when she goes on holiday I would rather my nails grow out and wait for her to return than risk going elsewhere. Thank you Vanessa :-)

So lovely and welcoming, nails and toes done perfectly and was really quick. Well priced and worth every penny for how lovely my experience was. 100% recommend
