I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing £3500 worth of floating click system flooring from Luxury Flooring, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.Luxury Flooring has been nothing short of a costly nightmare. The poor quality of their product, coupled with their dismissive customer service and refusal to acknowledge the product's flaws, has cost me not only financially but also in terms of time and stress. I spent nearly £10,000 to rectify the problems caused by their flooring, which is an exorbitant price to pay for their low-quality product.I implore potential buyers to steer clear of Luxury Flooring and explore more reputable options. It is clear that this company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and sells substandard products with impunity. My investment in their £3500 flooring was nothing short of a financial catastrophe, and I would not wish this experience on anyone.

From start to finish, the luxury flooring company have been a pleasure to deal with. They supplied and fitted wood effect vinyl and the finish is first class. Top service provided at a very competitive price. Do not hesitate to use these guys.

They fitted new carpet and underlay throughout our maisonette over three floors. Harry provided an excellent service and the fitting was done to a very high standard with attention to detail. We are very pleased with the result.
