Fabulous to see that they have a large selection of peat-free composts! How wonderful it would be to see all the plants on sale in the same peatfree compost as well. And don't get me started on the plastic pots! LOLAnyway, I love the place, inspiring with lovely, always welcoming and friendly staff, not over large and expensive like too many garden centres; Beechcroft still has that old time atmosphere where the customer can feel totally at ease and not part of a gardening shopping mall.Thanks to everyone there.

Great selection and choice of plants at fair prices. Had a leisurely wander around during covid,.must say they are certainly doing their bit to keep their staff and customers safe. Really enjoyed our visit and the lady at the till was really helpful in pointing out something I was looking for in-store. Very friendly too. Will definitely be going back !

Best Nursery in the area. Large and comprehensive selection of plants and trees at good prices. Staff are very helpful and offer good advice. Highly recommended!

Looks small from the roadside but very large once you enter. Lots of very healthy looking plants with many smaller cheaper ones for folks just starting out and prepared to wait for their garden to establish. Inside has the usual products that you would expect, tubs, garden equipment etc. I bought some basket liners and a few small plants and herbs. Definitely a place I will visit again.

A little bare (Winter stock reduced) but managed to purchase the small Christmas tree we had gone for. A proper garden centre foregoing the glitter overload so many others feel the need to indulge in. Helpful, knowledgeable staff on hand. Looking forward to re-visiting in the Spring when flower variety and quantity increase.

Apparently, arriving at the cash register with two trolleys was a massive inconvenience" for the incredibly rude cashier. Perhaps you might train your staff to be a bit more grateful that people are shopping here?"
