Was given a time for a viewing and when I arrived no one was there. Stood outside for 15 minutes and knocked several times before leaving. Emailed after stating what had happened and they claimed they were in the flat and I didn’t come - I stood outside the large living room window waiting patiently in clear view for an while incase they were busy. I was then informed the landlord had chosen someone else and they gave me a link to a different property to view. Very disappointing service and would have really appreciated just being told the flat had already been taken and that the viewing wasn’t needed. Not ideal as it wasted a large chunk of my day arranging transport to and from this viewing that didn’t happen.

Sophie Maxtone has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, as a first time renter it was reassuring knowing I never have to wait long for a response. Would happily go with her and her colleagues again for my next move, whenever that may be!
