My son's car needed some repair work after a car reversed into him. Rye street were excellent, collecting his car and returning it when the work was completed. The repair was very professional, fully valeted as well,good communications throughout.

Just picked up my car from them only to find an alloy had been damaged and they recon it was pre-existing but you tell me looks very fresh and after they washed it at least they done that for me but still car goes in for repair only to come out more damaged wish my insurance company would you a better garage than this one rubbish!

Panel repair all good, however some specialist ? Cut out a 2ft of cable that connected tweeter to main speaker in repaired door causing it to keep shorting out , they told me to take it back ,like heck I did fixed it myself pride in the job award to ME

Very good service, good job on the car and no 3rd party parts.Very happy with what they've done and to top it off hassle free (minus having someone go in the back me).Definitely recommend.Hopefully won't need use them again....in the nicest way possible

Wife's car went in for a repairsafter an accident as this garage was chosen by the insurance company. Without going into details - horrible customer service, very poor communication and dishonest claims. Wouldn't use it if I had a choice. Plenty of other better options around. Steer clear .

Supposedly an 'approved' repairer for my car insurer. Yet they have no clue about how car panels/bodywork should sit. Sexist, patronising, lying cowboys! Wouldn't use them again. Oh and 4 months on I'm still waiting for that phone call that I knew would never come, they just said what they did to get rid of me. Take your car anywhere but here for your repairs!!! Do not waste your time with these rye street cowboys!

Sadly after a moment of madness in a car park when doing Christmas shopping I found myself needing the services of Rye Street Group again. Thanks to the team at Braintree for completing the repairs to my car swiftly when they were clearly very busy with other much more badly damaged cars. They slotted me in within a few days of having the estimate done.The job is 5 star!

Repaired car received, jack and other parts rolling around behind seat, not stowed correctly. Rear wheel not wind up so was hanging down banging on fuel tank. And rear lights (centre brake light & number plate) not plugged in so failed MOT took it back they found the sockets and plugged it back in.Although repair was ok, let down with rest!
