I had what to me was a serious issue after an update of some sort, with lots of important lost files on my laptop. Darren was able to quickly and calmly recover them for me. Huge relief all round. Highly recommended.

I have been very fortunate to find Darren through being recommended by a friend. As I do much research work involving the computer it is reassuring that I have Darren’s services in support We have a ‘rolling 24/7 ’ contract with him including an annual service. Darren responds quickly and effectively together with a thorough explanation to ensure the operator avoids future issues in the future. He also produces an excellent ‘newsletter’. Darren is both personal and professional. Highly recommended.
