Never before have I had the displeasure of dealing with such immature, condescending, childish and unprofessional bunch of liars. Take your money elsewhere. If something does go wrong with the transaction you'll have to fight to get your money back. No doubt the business will reply to this review making themselves out to be innocent of any wrongdoing, but I can tell you now that they don't value their customers at all. I look forward to the reply as I'll post up the communication showing their lies and unwillingness to engage with customers.* So as expected the owner has responded in the most narcissistic manner. I ordered the item in question on 03/08/2023 for a simple RFD transfer, having been assured that it was in stock. 6 DAYS later I receive an email saying the item was ready for dispatch. I thought it was in stock? It would take no more than 6 minutes to package something that was in stock, never mind 6 days.You also state that you do this for a living. I would question that, as for some reason you were under the impression that NI FAC's had slots that could be filled. This isn't the case, and I'm sure you SHOULD have known this and mentioned it somewhere on your website. Something you failed to do.No desire to enter into protracted correspondance you say? More like no desire to enter into ANY correspondance. After multiple attempts to contact you via email and phone, I managed to speak to someone via your websites' live chat, only to be told that 'WE DON'T REALLY DO PHONES'? You what, sorry? We don't do phones? Says everything we need to know about you. You haven't the guts to pick the phone up because you know you're in the wrong. Up to this point I was assuming you had done a runner with my money. After this I felt almost certain I wouldn't see it again because of the nature of those working for your company. I also requested ALL of our correspondance, which you have still failed to supply. Again because you know it will paint you in a bad light.Just like many others who have left negative reviews, there is a pattern emerging here. When I finally managed to ask what was happening with my refund, I was told that I was in a queue and that the refunds would be processed in order. When I then asked how many people were in the queue in front of me you neglected to provide this information. You know fine rightly that you could have processed the refund immediately, but you opted for a rather antagonistic, unprofessional and childish approach and chose to make me wait 31 daya before providing a refund!I will also say this. I am not 'weaponising' my review. I have had a genuinely deplorable experience with you. For you to paint me as some sort of typical complaining member of the public couldn't be further from the truth. I call it as it is. Your conduct is disgraceful. I would genuinely call into question your fitness to possess a dealers licence, and will be forwarding a summary of my experience to Kent Firearms Branch to make them aware of my concerns.You also attempted to use deflection tactics by telling lies about correspondance that didn't happen. Look at the other negative reviews and then take a look at yourselves. Someone really needs to buck up their ideas at The Hunting Edge if you're to make something of the company. Maybe you should look into this and do a bit of research into how to treat customers. I look after customers for a living, and if I conducted any of my dealings with them even remotely similar to you, I would be out of a job quickly.There are also two 'L's' at the end of my surname. Just another example of your childish mentality, deliberately choosing to spell a name incorrectly.I have better things to do with my time than write reviews, but the public need to know the type of people they are dealing with when they engage with The Hunting Edge. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, where at least you me be treated as a valued customer and not an inconvenience.

Placed an order with them. But due to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel the order. Was told on live chat my refund had been done. But two weeks later I am still waiting for my 485 pound. They don’t answer there emails or phone. A bad way to do bussiness

Well I totally agree with the negative comment's on here. The owner is bordering being harassing with his emails and even the way there written, not sure if this place has had his RFD reported before? I think the police might think twice about a renewal. Owner tried to get me to pre order stating he would expect stock by the end of Dec. I didnt agree so there still not in stock and now wants £100 more as I did not pre order. I dont think I will be buying anything from here. More reviews to follow.

Wish I had listened to the negative reviews and not to how articulate the responses are. Stone aged company with unmanned phones and unmanned Facebook chat. By the lack of email response that too is likely unmanned!I recieved an email from Parcelforce saying that they are expecting to receive my package for delivery. Called them later that week to find out that my parcel never reached them!That was 5 days ago. Currently 8 days in to a 3-5 day delivery period and not holding my breath about my products coming at all.I would recommend avoiding the stress and unless you are ordering weapons, order from amazon!Disappointed in my choice of companies to purchase from.

First class product. Dispatch time is poor and really should be sent next day delivery.carriers are cheap these days. Comms system is very very poor. no tracking info received and i checked my spam box.I would only use this company again if i could not get what i wanted elswhere. Very unfriendly website re shipping and contact info.

Good product at a fair price, but the time it takes from order acknowledgement to shipping out is too slow. It should be shipped next working day at the latest. When it finally got sent I received in good time. The shop may disagree, but fortunately for us the consumer sets the expectations and the acceptable standards, not the retailer. I’m not complaining I’m just saying in a world where Amazon prime exists (as frustrating as it is for shops) they must strive to do better in certain areas.P.S Having read the shops response to my review, I’d like to point out this is a review for future customers to help them make an informed decision, and to offer some friendly constructive feedback on the service level I received and if taken on board, hopefully it will help you improve your order processing and shipping times, as per customer expectation, most of us don’t expect Amazon service levels, and that is why I normally purchase from and support from smaller retailers.

Just giving a 3 star review at the moment as I ordered a co2 pistol on the 18th of October and still hasn't arrived as of the 1st of November. I've sent some emails and correspondence is quite slow. When I get more info on my product I'll update my review.

Ordered Beretta 92FS CO2 on 10/11/2023, was received at nominated gun dealer via RFD ON 28/11/2023, does take sometime to complete transaction, but this is highlighted within theterms and conditions, so overall very happy.
