Very good supplier for those of us who only want small lengths and quantities of material for their projects. Always helpful and happy to discuss my requirements. They always try their best to prepare my order even when they are very busy with their larger orders.All in all a great service at a good price.

Great customer experience depending who serves you. I went once and spoke to someone who appeared to be the owner and he bent over backwards to assist me. On my second visit there were two workers who just wanted me gone. Shut their office door in my face after telling me that they could not supply me with what I had been shown a week before by another worker. Had gone back to this trader specifically because of the service that I had received before.

One stop metals are great. Prices are far lower than their competitors and you only pay for what you buy and furthermore no cutting costs. This allows for smaller/shorter lengths of bar, angle etc, which is great for all engineerings functions. Staff are friendly and helpful and will suggest a more economical solution.I have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

Reached the shop with great difficulty due to roadwork at 03:30 PM. The guy at the sale counter told we are closed" I told him you close at 4PM according to your website. He replied you should have phoned us about our closing time before coming. He became aggressive and abusive when I argued that this does not make any sense. Just visited to get some bits of metal for a small job and I couldn't have asked for more - David quickly found what I needed, cut it to size, and then charged my about half what I was expecting. Had a nice chat about their various machines and what other services they offer, and also about what I was using the mild steel for. I will be back, and will suggest it to others ! Thanks...

Super friendly small business with a great selection and stock of metals. I am relatively new to metal fabrication but these guys are always willing to help me with any size project. The will often cut multiple quantities to size and fold small amounts for me. They even offered me some good advice on buying my first welder which was nice. Even though they are always busy welding up massive RSJs they always make time for my small furniture projects. I would advise that if you want multiples of something or something bespoke be prepared to go in early and/or pop back later to pick it up.

Si came back to us same day after emailing, actually gave some really good advice which brought the cost down quite a lot and we've now got a great workbench, took a week from contact to collection, highly recommended Thanks guys!
