I paid £240 in the end to recover data from a HDD with a fried PCB. It was a little more than I expected when prices started at £94 but they did the job well and I got everything back.

I had no hope at all they would recover my data. all tools i used were useless. Online help to mount harddrive in a dock and use Easus gave nothin.. although i lost money buying this software.2Tb Hard drive showed 145meg of space and only crapy sectors all the way. mounting drive was terrible and noisy.they recovered all i needed ! ... but expensive. i was about to say no.. really expensive so.. yep it's for you to say how much you value your data.

used twice - appalling communication both times. I even postponed holidays the first time in order to be able to pick the disk up before going away - bad idea as it took months longer. But the data were recovered the first time round, so used them again. Second time round it took over ONE YEAR and communication/updates were even scarcer. The data were not recovered this time and it only cost me a couple of hundred pounds. A friend coincidentally just told me about a very similar experience with Diskeng.Would not recommend.

Good data restore - they overcame 2 problems with the disk drive. Biggest problem: many files with the extension .nii were not restored / transferred. Overall good.
