Unfortunately I can’t say I had a good experience. My teeth had improved but they weren’t completely straight as shown in the 3D version. I wasn’t aware that additional alignments were part of the plan if your teeth weren’t completely straight (it was about 1 year in). It’s a real shame because of how expensive this is that my dentist didn’t make me aware of the treatment options available, especially since they would have seen the irregularities. I feel patient care was really lacking here

Really friendly and welcoming experience. Fantastic professional staff. Gave me a full 3D scan which was a pleasant experience, I also was given a full road map of how my teeth would look and how to look after them. Would really recommend for any new customers that are interested in getting this procedure.

Staff’s attitudes are all so good. They are patient and kind to me all the time. The process of fixing the alignment of my teeth is not long as well. Now I can smile confidently thanks to that.

Had a brilliant experience. The staff are so lovely and create a really nice atmosphere in store. The treatment itself was brilliant and I’m really happy with the result. Big thank you to Nieves and Emma who I saw on my last appointment. Would highly recommend ❤️❤️

All of the staff are really friendly and supportive, and accommodating in any changes to schedule throughout. I can’t recommend them enough in making sure that I have everything I needed.The whole process was thorough and smooth, meaning I just needed to keep up with my part to make sure I got the results I wanted.Finally it’s worth pointing out that the results are fantastic and I’m really pleased with them, I’ll definitely be recommending to friends.

The guys at Smmmmile Bristol have been epic. I’ve had to change my plan due to travelling and working away and they’ve worked around and come up with great solutions. Teeth are already looking great and 2/3s way through. Everyone I’ve met there is so friendly too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
