Waste of my time. Said to perm which was a lie. Dont bother wasting your time.

Very poor leadership, racism, and your pushed out if your face doesn't fit.

Only worked there for eight months but made some really close friends in that short time. If you're not afraid of working, listening to instructions and turning up on time you'll get on well & there are chances to earn decent money after training. I always found everyone to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I was diagnosed with MS, even though having only worked for the company for just over six months, I was treated with amazing dignity and respect. The company were brilliant with me even though they knew there was no chance of me returning. They were.in touch every other day, I was paid all my holidays and the staff had a collection for me too.All in all the cleanest and safest factory I've ever worked in with great staff who are happy to help you train & move forward.This is a job remember, you won't get on if you treat it any other way. It can be hard and hectic work but if you're prepared to turn up on time, keep your head down and learn while you work then you could have a job for life.

I don't get why you need to put banners out and pay for town centre screens to let ppl know that you are recruiting? Why don't you ask Gunter to bring those people from the bus stops to do the job he was always about?
