Don’t like this place. Too small and crowded. Products also more expensive than Tesco or Sainsbury. Their ready made food is awful in general. The staff in general are nice though

I have to say, Jericho is otherwise a pleasant part of Oxford, apart from the customer service at this branch in particular the security guard. Absolutely rude toward potential customers. Badly in need of customer service training.

Great little shop most essentials and some good fruit and veg

I don't think I've ever been in while it's been well stocked - the sandwich fridge in particular is always near-empty. I typically go in midday.

Surprisingly well stocked for such a tiny store, it requires several deliveries a day to keep its shelves filled- though staff are always happy to nip into the store room for you if something isn't out in the shop yet. Only sells alcohol until 11pm most nights and 10pm Sundays, though this may be extended pending a licencing application.

Pansy plants left to die ! Staff incapable of watering! This is shocking!

Not the best-run supermarket in the world but I used to come here for my weekly shop (before I discovered Ocado). Good late opening hours in case you need emergency milk or scran. The layout can be awkward at times when it's busy and the queuing system is poor.

A useful local food store, cheap yellow label items available at the end of the day, open late.

I'm not a fan of this supermarket. When I try to shop after work it often looks like a soviet era shop. Shelves are empty and it is hard to even buy a coherent meal that isn't pre-made.I understand it is a small supermarket but the selection is unbalanced, favouring unhealthy (premade) food, sweets, cookies, and alcohol over fresh produce. It feel more like an off license than a supermarket.The self service machines are often on the fritz and require staff to help you. It is impossible to delete an item, or reset a purchase without a staff key. I've been in situations that all 3 self service machine did not work and I had to wait in a long queue.
