Absolutely brilliant help and support.My father 's watch is 68 years old and I have been wearing it for the past 45 years. Alas it eventually packed up a few weeks ago. Thankfully Salim came to my assistance. He has totally overhauled it and with some new parts I am now using it again.Fabulous to have it back and use again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. Customer service is superb and very responsive when you call him. Prices are excellent too. He fixed one of my watches in under 5 minutes and didn't even charge me! On another watch, he could have fixed it but was very honest that doing work would actually cause more damage. Automatic watch servicing is only £60. Best watchsmith in London/Essex for price, customer service, skill and availability.
