Kilted Piper Tours

Graeme of Kilted Piper Tours was a delightful guide/driver for our 7 day tour of Scotland. He was very responsive to my emails in the planning process and flexible with modifying his proposed itineraries to include sites that were important to us. He was on time every time! But most importantly, Graeme is passionate about his country and its history and always willing to share a great story often improved by his entertaining sense of humor. We were very happy with all of the hotels/B & B's/activities he suggested and would gladly book with him again or recommend him to others. Honestly, have you really even toured Scotland if your guide didn't play the bagpipes for you as you gazed over its beautiful scenery? I think not!

Stories and stories ! Graeme is a perfect guide ! Our tour was the best. All of is suggestions were on point I could not hope for better ! Cant wait to come back and explore the places we were hooked on.Hopefully less rain at the ferry pools next time ;)Cheers from canada.

Incredible experience! Graeme did an amazing job with a custom tour from Edinburgh to Isle of Skye and back to Glasgow over 3 days. His charm and humor kept us entertained the entire time. He taught us so much about the history of Scotland. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have a great trip exploring Scotland!

The greatest experience we had in Scotland, we did a 5 day tour which started in Edinburgh, up to Oban, and Isle of Skye making many stops along the way. It was catered to what we wanted to see and experience. If you’re looking for the best way to see Scotland and learn about its history, book this tour! 10/10 recommendation on every aspect of the trip. It was an unforgettable trip and can’t thank the Kilted Piper enough!

When I contacted Graeme at Kilted Piper Tours, my main goal was to avoid being treated like a sheep on a bus tour. Graeme helped us fix a personalized itinerary where we were given as much time as we needed at each site. He adapted and adjusted to what we wanted to do, and even recommended places we didn't know about as he got to know our group. I won't lie - I don't think I could EVER do a tour of Scotland without Graeme. It was the most magical, wonderful, personalized experience I've ever had while traveling - and contacting him was the greatest decision I ever made! Thank you, Graeme, for giving us a LIFELONG slew of memories in the five days we were together. You are wonderful and I would recommend you to ANYONE who wants to see the amazing country of Scotland without being a tourist sheep. YOU are as amazing as your country!

This review is late but nevertheless I needed to post it for such a fantastic tour!! I was travelling on Princess Cruise line with my family and we did a tour with Kilted Piper Tours September 4th for our stop in Greenock. Graeme was there to meet us when we got off the ship and took us on an amazing adventure to Stirling Castle and Trossachs National Park. The scenery was spectacular and the bagpiping and snacks were an added bonus. Graeme was so welcoming and informative and it felt like he was part of our family. I highly recommend this tour as oppose to taking a crowded ship excursion...you won't regret it! Thanks Graeme, if we ever visit Scotland again we'll be sure to look you up.

Kilted Piper Tours was an excellent experience all around. Graeme was an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fun tour guide over the course of our five day trip throughout Scotland. Graeme was thoughtful in recommending tour stops along our path and knowledgeable about the many historic castles and landmarks along the way. He added many nice touches to provide a truly Scottish experience, including playing the bagpipes as we soaked in beautiful views of lochs, glens and mountainsides. Most of all, it is clear that Graeme is a people person and truly enjoys the company of his guests. We all felt he was a friend throughout the duration of our tour.

This was the best tour guide/driver/artist I’ve ever encountered. We were fortunate enough to experience a tour around Scotland with Graeme. He literally took us everywhere we wanted to go over 8 days. Not only is Graeme an expert in his field, but he’s also a talented bagpipe player and an excellent driver. We traveled with our young child and Graeme went of his way and purchased a new car set for the tour. Our flight was also delayed and Graeme was understanding and flexible around our schedule which was such a relief!
